1. Shipping methods
We will ship by International packages/e-Packet/EMS. Please do note that on we may have issues shipping to certain countries due to recent custom rule changes.
2. Shipping Cost
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders with regular shipping. We currently do not offer faster express shipping option. We will implement faster express and premium shipping option in the future, but it will be charged based on location and weight of the parcel.
3. Shipping & delivery time
After you place an order, we will check your order first and then send the invoice to you within 24 hours. We generally will prepare and ship your package out within 48 hours of your payment. General it takes 5-20 working days to deliver the parcel, depending on the area you live in.
Package maybe delay because of the shortage of goods. It usually take 3-15 days to replenish the stock. We will send email to you once the item is out of stock, and no processes will done until your reply. We can offer exchange or cancel service for you according your will.
